It appears that decorations, 4v4 Snowball Arena, and some of the PvE quests have been rolled out.

However, there is nothing at Tolkano about the 8v8 Snowball ATs (EDIT: this was resolved about an hour into the event), and some of the more popular quests such as The Strength of Snow and Straight to the Heart are not available (EDIT: still no Rift Warden).

Is this an error, or is there a staggered event rollout schedule of some sort?

I freaked out too...thought they might have moved the rift warden...ran around kamadan at least 8 times looking for him...

Maybe tomorrow. Last year this happened and Rift Warden appeared the next day.

Yeah, the Rift Warden was a day or so late last year as well.

No biggie. Gives me one more night of peace before the farming commences.
